Active stores are those that meet all of the following criteria:
1. Have installed Loox through your unique promo link
2. Have Loox still installed on their store, which means:
3. They’ve never uninstalled Loox, or
4. They’ve uninstalled and re-installed Loox
5. Have not changed their store status on Shopify to “Frozen”
6. Initially installed Loox within the last 12 months
