Inactive stores are those that meet any of the following criteria:
1. Have uninstalled Loox or Reviewers.com and did not re-install the app
2. Have changed their store status on Shopify to “Frozen” or “Canceled”
3. Initially installed Loox or Reviewers.com more than 12 months ago
Please note - An inactive store is no longer a user of Loox or Reviewers.com, and therefore, a commission from such a store will not be transferred while marked as Inactive.
