Inactive stores are those that meet any of the following criteria:
1. Have uninstalled Loox and did not re-install the app
2. Have changed their store status on Shopify to “Frozen” or “Cancelled”
3. Initially installed Loox more than 12 months ago
Please note - An inactive store is no longer a user of Loox, and therefore a commission from such a store will not be transferred while marked as Inactive.
